FAMILY CELEBRATION
SAT. JULY 4TH
@ 7PM - 9PM
Please join us for our Family Celebration! Everyone is invited! We will have a TNT fireworks show, a water slide bounce house, treats and more! Bring a chair and a side to share. Details coming soon!
Registration is available online (see above) and at the door. Walk-ins and friends are always welcome! Parents are welcome to drop kids with us or stay with their children during VBS Sing and Play Peak and Compass Closing. Simply register online or at the front. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
Check- In/Check Out. Safety is our most important priority. Please check-in children each day at the Welcome Center to receive a nametag. Parents and Guardians will be given a "Parent Pick-Up Ticket" to pick up children following the end of the event. Children will not be released to anyone who does not have a "Parent Pick-Up Ticket" or anyone who is not listed on the child's emergency form. Pick-up person must be 18 or older.
Canopy Closing: Parents/Guardians and siblings are welcome to join us for Canopy Closing at 8:00pm after checking in for pick-up at the Registration desk. Seating available in the back of Sanctuary. (Parent/Guardian must be on an attending child's emergency form).

VBS Kid's Mission 2026:
Helping Hands Pantry - at RCNAZ in Ridgecrest, CA
At VBS, our kids will learn how to have a heart for helping others. Through God's love, we can make a positive impact in our community! Plus, it feels good to help too! We are partnering with our local Helping Hands ministry on our campus to help provide food and much needed essentials for residents in Ridgecrest, CA and surrounding areas experiencing hardship. Funds raised will be used to help to purchase frozen meat, bread, shelf stable foods, hygiene products, jackets, blankets, socks, etc.
Parents and Guardians, please help your child to save change, cash or give a check to bring. We are also accepting shelf stable food donations. We will have a time for offering at the close of each day's opening service. Be sure to look for the offering jars in the Foyer. 100% of all donations will go toward this year's mission. Please share about this meaningful mission with your family and others! We are making a difference for people right here in our hometown!
GIVING GOAL 2026 is $800 If we reach our mission goal, kids will get a fun surprise (TBA)!
Please make checks out to "Ridgecrest Church of the Nazarene" and mark "Pantry" in the memo. Give online at www.rcnazarene.org/give. If you give online, please drop a note in the offering to let us know so your child's team will get the credit.
With Helping Hands, we are stepping out in faith locally to share the love of Christ with our neighbors. Through this meaningful mission, we have found wonderful opportunities to get to know our community and help with this basic essential everyone needs.
Helping Hands Pantry is open. Need a pantry appointment to receive food? Please call our office at 760-375-4433. The Helping Hands resource center will be a new addition to our campus, providing more resources and will be open later this year (we are currently remodeling the room)! More info to come!

All adult volunteers working with minors must clear a background check per our Ministry Guidelines for the safety of all children.
